Urgent support

Fast clarity matters when comfort is already compromised

Emergency HVAC calls are about speed, but they are also about good information. The fastest way to help is to understand whether the issue is no heat, no cooling, a shutdown, or another urgent operating problem.

We help homeowners move quickly from problem description to the right next step.

Describe the issue clearly

Let us know whether the system is completely out or still running badly.

Stay practical

Some urgent calls end in repair, while others point to a bigger replacement decision once the immediate issue is stabilized.

Fast local response

We prioritize urgent calls and respond same-day during business hours.

What happens when you call

Tell us what failed and how bad it is — we move fast from there

Start with what the system stopped doing: no heat, no cooling, full shutdown, or partial failure. That's enough for us to prioritize and respond.

Total or partial failure?

No heat, no cooling, full shutdown, and badly underperforming equipment each frame urgency differently.

What type of system?

Furnace, AC, heat pump, or another setup — knowing this helps us respond faster.

Emergency HVAC FAQ

Questions homeowners ask during an HVAC emergency

When the system is fully down in extreme weather, these are the most time-sensitive questions we hear.

How do I know if this is a true HVAC emergency?

If the home is losing heat or cooling quickly, the system will not start at all, or there is a safety concern like a gas smell or electrical burning, treat it as urgent and call right away.

What should I do while I wait for service?

For heating failure, close off unused rooms, use safe space heaters, and check the breaker and thermostat. For cooling failure, close blinds, open windows at night, and stay hydrated.

Can you respond to heating or cooling emergencies on weekends?

Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. If the system fails outside those hours, leave a voicemail with your name, town, and what happened. We return urgent messages as early as possible on the next business day.

Should I still call if the system technically runs but the house is getting dangerous?

Yes. A system that runs but cannot hold a safe temperature during extreme weather still qualifies as an urgent situation.
